In this video, I'll show you how to make a simple and effective weight loss drink made with garlic, apple, apple cider vinegar, and hot water.

This drink is said to help boost metabolism, suppress appetite, and burn fat. Ingredients: 3 cloves garlic 1 apple, cored and chopped 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1/2 liter hot water 1 teaspoon honey (optional) Instructions:

Crush the garlic cloves. Add the garlic, apple, and apple cider vinegar to a pot of hot water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. If desired, add the honey. Let the mixture cool slightly, then strain it into a glass. Drink the mixture before breakfast or before bed. This drink can be enjoyed hot or cold. It is best to drink it fresh, but you can also store it in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
